Work experience & education
Rafał specializes in advisory in the field of transfer pricing. His professional experience includes developing effective models of settlements in capital groups, documentation, implementation and transfer pricing policy’s audits. He specializes in transfer pricing risk management of entities (enterprises, natural persons), including by tightening procedures and processes, which have an influence on the correctness and timeliness of fulfilling TP obligations. Rafał develops solutions for clients aimed at reducing transfer pricing obligations or lowering costs associated with the fulfilment of these obligations. He deals with planning and providing explanations for transfer pricing disputes, conducting due diligence reviews in the area of transfer pricing. He also prepares transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses covering e.g. financial, commodity, services, intangible, investment, capital, restructuring transactions and other. He supports clients in preparation of report CbC, TPR, contracts and intragroup settlements.
Rafał gained his professional experience among others in one of the “Big Four” companies and also on the side of clients involved in global or international distribution. He participates in working groups within the Transfer Pricing Forum at the Polish Minister of Finance.
Rafał graduated from the Faculty of Economy and International Relations at the Krakow University of Economics in Krakow.
