Tax Manager
Licensed Tax Advisor, Attorney at Law

Agata Paul is a licensed tax advisor (license number 12149) and legal advisor (Lb–1507), and brings 19 years of experience in both tax and legal advisory. She specializes in tax planning with a focus on complex restructurings, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divisions, transformations, contributions, and the sale of businesses and equity interests in capital companies.

Agata is actively involved in implementing tax relief programs, such as those for research and development (R&D) and the IP Box regime. She also conducts audits related to property taxes and offers expertise in CIT, PIT, PCC, and PON taxes for clients in sectors such as energy, water and sewage, manufacturing, construction, real estate, and IT. In addition to her advisory work, Agata is an accomplished author, contributing to publications on taxation and co-authoring “Year-End Closures 2022” (Publishing House “Accounting”, Warsaw 2022). She also serves as a lecturer, including for the Association of Accountants in Poland.

Agata Paul graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.
