Work experience & education
Agata specializes in issues connected with tax planning with particular emphasis on restructuring processes i.e. mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divisions, transformations, contributions in kind, enterprise selling and shares in private limited companies. She participates in projects in the scope of tax reliefs implementation including R&D, IP Box and relief for innovative employees. Agata supports companies in the field of audits in real property tax. She has experience in outgoing tax advisory services in the scope of CIT, PIT, the tax on civil law transactions and the real property tax for entrepreneurs e.g. from industries: energy, water and sewerage, manufacturing, construction, real estate and IT.
She is the author of press comments, articles, and publication about the tax theme. Agata is also co-authored of publication „Zamknięcie roku 2022” (publisher: „Rachunkowość”, Warsaw 2022). Agata is multi-annual lecturer a.o. for the Association of Accountants in Poland.
Agata graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration in University of Maria Curie-Skłodowska in Lublin.
