Information clause for the webinar participants
The controller of your data are companies from the Arena Advisory group (i.e. Arena Tax sp. z o.o., Antareco sp. z o.o., Arena Digital S.A. with their registered office in Warsaw, ul. Bukowińska 22B, 02-703 Warsaw).
Your personal data will be processed by entities from the Arena group of companies, i.e. Arena Tax sp. z o.o., Antareco sp. z o.o., Arena Digital S.A., for the purposes of participating in the webinar, sending marketing information regarding products and services offered by the aforementioned companies from the Arena Advisory group using means of electronic communication and marketing activities using telecommunications terminal equipment and automated calling systems on the basis of your expressed voluntary consent (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).
The personal data provided will be processed until the consent is withdrawn or an objection to the processing of data for marketing purposes is made (respectively), but no longer than for a period of 3 years from the date of providing personal data. The period of data processing may be each time extended by the period of limitation of claims if the processing of personal data is necessary to establish or assert any claims or defend against such claims by the companies from the Arena Advisory group. After this period, the data will be processed only in time and to the extent resulting from legal provisions.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit the processing of it and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer your personal data.
In addition, at any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. The withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purpose of directing marketing content.
