Rafał specializes in tax planning, restructuring of business activity (in particular for capital groups), tax reviews, due diligence reviews and ongoing tax advisory. He has experience in the field of CIT, PIT, VAT and PCC – especially within IT, financial and real estate business. This experience includes i.a. advising on international transactions.
Rafał also has experience in the implementation of advisory projects covering securing transactions in terms of tax risk, tax inspections and proceedings, disputes with tax authorities before administrative courts.
He advises Polish and foreign entities who belong to large capital groups.
Before joining the Arena Tax team, Rafał gained professional experience in leading Polish tax advisory companies.e graduated from the University of Rzeszów with a degree in law and administration.
