1. Definitions used in the Terms and Conditions
Clickmeeting Application | An online application available at https://clickmeeting.com/pl; |
Organizer | The Arena Advisory: Arena Tax Sp. z o.o., Arena Accounting Sp. z o.o., Arena Digital S.A., Arena Legal Fintex Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. with its registered office at ul. Puławska 180, 02-670 Warsaw, Poland; |
Registration | Completing the form and other actions taken by the Participant to participate in the Webinar; |
GDPR | Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals about the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation); |
Participant | A person attending the Webinar; |
Webinar | Training conducted and carried out using the Clickmeeting Application following these Terms and Conditions and the terms of the Clickmeeting Application available at https://clickmeeting.com/pl/legal. |
2. General Provisions
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the training or change the date. Such actions do not entitle the Participant to make any claims.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the training agenda even during the registration process.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to the Webinar, especially to:
a) entities providing services directly or indirectly competitive to the Organizer’s services or the topic of the Webinar, including employees and collaborators of such entities;
b) persons who do not meet any of the requirements specified in these Terms and Conditions;
c) persons providing false information.
3. Registration
Registration is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Clickmeeting Application through the registration form.
4. Participant
The Participant agrees to use the Clickmeeting Application in accordance with applicable laws in Poland, social and ethical norms, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and the terms of the Clickmeeting Application, as well as etiquette rules.
The Participant acknowledges that the Webinar is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice in any area.
5. Data Processing and Protection
The processing of personal data of the participants in the Webinar is governed by the Arena Advisory Privacy Policy.
6. Technical Conditions
To participate in the Webinar, a computer, continuous internet access, and up-to-date versions of web browsers are required.
In case of malfunctioning of the Clickmeeting Application, it may be necessary to install additional software on the computer or meet additional requirements in accordance with the terms of the Clickmeeting Application.
7. Organizer’s Responsibility
The Organizer is not responsible for any disruptions in the operation of the Webinar.
The Organizer reserves that the content of the Webinar is for informational purposes only and cannot be considered professional advice. In particular, the Organizer is not responsible for:
a) any damages caused by inaccuracies in the information provided during the Webinar;
b) any damages caused by the cancellation or rescheduling of the Webinar.
8. Final Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions are available at the Organizer’s headquarters and on the website https://newsite.arenaadvisory.com/regulamin.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
- By completing the Registration, the Participant confirms that they agree to the terms of the Webinar as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
- The Terms and Conditions are effective as of November 18, 2024.
