Webinar access terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)

II. General provisions
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training. These actions shall not constitute grounds for submitting any claims by the Participant.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to the Webinar, in particular to
- entities providing services directly or indirectly competing with the services of the Organizer or the subject of the Webinar, including employees and associates of such entities;
- persons who do not meet any requirement specified in these Terms and Conditions;
- persons providing false information.
III. Registration
Registration takes place in accordance with the requirements of the Clickmeeting Application via the registration form.
IV. Participant
- The Participant undertakes to use the Clickmeeting Application in accordance with applicable Polish law, social and moral norms, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the terms of the Clickmeeting Application, as well as the rules of etiquette.
- The Participant acknowledges that the Webinar is for information purposes only and cannot be considered professional advice in any respect.
V. Personal data processing and protection
- The controller of the Participant’s personal data is the Organizer.
- Personal data provided by the Participant will be processed by the Organizer for the purposes of the Participant’s participation in the Webinar, sending marketing information regarding products and services offered by the Organizer using means of electronic communication and marketing activities using telecommunications terminal equipment and automated calling systems on the basis of expressed voluntary consent (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).
- The personal data provided will be processed until the consent is withdrawn or an objection to the processing of data for marketing purposes is made (respectively), but no longer than for a period of 3 years from the date of providing personal data. The period of data processing may be each time extended by the period of limitation of claims if the processing of personal data is necessary to establish or assert any claims or defend against such claims by the Organizer. After this period, the data will be processed only in time and to the extent resulting from legal provisions.
- The Participant has the right to request access to their personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit the processing of it and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer personal data.
- At any time, the Participant has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data. The withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. In addition, the Participant has the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purpose of directing marketing content.
- In order to exercise their rights or for other matters regarding personal data, the Participant may contact the Organizer via e-mail: rodo@newsite.arenaadvisory.com or by phone: +48 22 102 21 30.
- The Participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- Providing personal data by the Participant is voluntary, but the processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of participating in the Webinar and directing marketing content.
- The Participant’s data will not be processed in an automated way.
VI. Technical conditions
- To use the Webinar, a computer and a permanent Internet connection are required and it is recommended to use the latest versions of web browsers.
- In the event of a malfunction of the Clickmeeting Application, it may be required to install additional software on the computer or to meet additional requirements in accordance with the terms of the Clickmeeting Application.
VII. Organizer’s responsibility
- The Organizer is not responsible for any disruptions in the functioning of the Webinar.
- The Organizer informs that the content of the Webinar is for information purposes only and cannot be considered professional advice. In particular, the Organizer is not responsible for:
- any damage caused by inaccuracies in the information provided during the Webinar;
- any damage caused by the cancellation or rescheduling of the Webinar.
VIII. Final provisions
- These Terms and Conditions are available in the Organizer’s office and on the website: https://newsite.arenaadvisory.com/terms-and-conditions.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Having completed the registration, the Participant confirms that they agree to the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are valid from 8th May 2020.
