Tax Director

Tomasz Wagner is a licensed tax advisor (license number 11957) with 18 years of experience in the field. He specializes in VAT and related areas such as CBAM, SUP, and the deposit return scheme. He has served some of the largest Polish brands and international corporate groups, supporting their local and cross-border business activities. He assists clients with tax advisory services, prepares tax opinions, structures business schemes and supply chains, determines VAT rates, obtains individual rulings and binding information on tax law (WIS), and represents clients before tax authorities in tax refund cases. He also helps clients prepare for new regulations, such as KSeF and the deposit return scheme.

He collaborates with clients from various industries including retail/FMCG, manufacturing, cosmetics, telecommunications, and automotive, supporting both goods and services transactions. Tomasz provides assistance with tax compliance and management of tax position. He has spent the majority of his career at an international advisory firm, in the recent years he held the position of partner.

He is the author of legal commentaries, specialist articles, and press statements, as well as a speaker and panelist at industry conferences. He cooperates with organizations and chambers representing entrepreneurs.

Tomasz Wagner holds a law degree from the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin.
