Rafał has nearly 20 years of experience in IT project management, gained in both the Polish and international markets. In recent years, he has successfully managed numerous complex technology projects, mainly in the medical and energy sectors, ensuring timely execution and adherence to the allocated budget. He specializes in strategic planning and implementing modern IT systems, enabling organizations to increase operational efficiency and adapt to evolving market requirements.

In his managerial roles, Rafał has been responsible for overseeing project teams, maintaining relationships with key business partners, and ensuring safety and quality standards compliance. Due to his experience and certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner and CompTIA Project+, he has effectively implemented innovative technological solutions.

Rafał holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics at the Poznań University of Economics.
