Transfer Pricing Valuations Of Counsel

Rafał Gorczyca has 20 years of professional experience in transfer pricing. He specializes in transfer pricing services, including developing effective pricing models for companies operating within corporate groups and documenting, implementing, and auditing transfer pricing policies. At Arena Advisory Rafał manages transfer pricing risk by tightening procedures and processes and preparing analyses to reduce obligations or lowering costs related to transfer pricing. Rafał conducts due diligence reviews, benchmarking analyses, and transaction transfer pricing documentation. He also supports preparing CbC reports, intercompany agreements, and settlements.

He has gained experience working at an international consulting firm as well as on the client side dealing with global distribution. Rafał is actively involved in the Transfer Pricing Forum at the Ministry of Finance.

Rafał has been selected as a finalist for the ITR EMEA Tax Awards 2024: ‘Transfer Pricing Practice Leader of the Year’.

He holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics and International Relations at the Cracow University of Economics.
