Tax Project Manager

Rafał Dubiel has 14 years of experience in tax advisory, with a focus on tax planning, business restructuring (particularly for corporate groups), tax reviews, due diligence, and ongoing tax advisory. He possesses extensive expertise in CIT, PIT, VAT, and PCC, providing strategic advice to entities in sectors such as IT, finance, and real estate, including handling international transactions.

Throughout his career, Rafał has effectively managed projects aimed at mitigating tax risks associated with transactions. He has conducted numerous tax audits and proceedings and has represented clients in disputes before administrative courts, ensuring their interests are protected during legal proceedings.

Before joining the Arena Advisory team, Rafał gained valuable experience at one of the Polish tax advisory firms.

Rafał is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszów.
