Licensed Tax Advisor, Attorney at Law

Piotr Chojnacki, a licensed tax advisor (license number 12898) and attorney-at-law (LB-1693), has 18 years of experience in legal and tax consulting, with particular emphasis on corporate income tax, tax reliefs and exemptions, and withholding tax.

He provides comprehensive legal and tax services to entrepreneurs. He manages projects related to the implementation of IP Box and R&D reliefs, as well as CIT tax reviews. Piotr also advises clients on representation before tax authorities and in court and administrative proceedings.

During his career, Piotr has gained experience working both in auditing companies and as a lecturer at the Accountants Association in Poland, where he has conducted multiple tax law training sessions. He was ranked third in Gazeta Prawna’s ranking of tax advisors.

Piotr Chojnacki is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and completed his attorney-at-law training at the Lublin Bar Association.
