Natalia specializes in providing tax advisory services to Polish institutions in the field of CIT, PIT, VAT, tax on civil law transactions and international tax law. One of her main areas of professional interest is the taxation of financial institutions – she carried out consulting projects concerning issues such as the purchase and sale of receivables; derivatives and financial products. She has experience in complex enterprise restructuring projects including those involving foreign entities; tax reviews in the field of CIT and VAT including tax settlement reviews in banks and loan companies among others; and due diligence reviews. Natalia coordinated projects regarding the implementation of the R&D tax relief and the relief for new investments (the so-called Polish Investment Zone) for companies from the IT, manufacturing and financial industries.
