Michał is the initiator and founder of Arena Advisory, and his name has been associated with the highest standards of tax and financial advisory services in Poland for many years. Under his leadership, Arena Tax ranked 15th in the prestigious “Rzeczpospolita” consulting company ranking, while also recording the highest revenue growth in 2024 among major players in the industry.

With over 25 years of experience in tax, financial and legal advisory, Michał specialises in providing services to the largest companies in the financial, telecommunications and new technologies, real estate and manufacturing sectors. He began his professional career as an assistant at a brokerage house, and subsequent stages – from international consulting firms, managing the tax department at one of the leading banks, to managing a consulting company with over 100 employees – allowed him to build a unique perspective and the skills necessary to effectively support business.

He currently focuses on strategic supervision, key project management and setting the direction for Arena Advisory’s development. His vision combines analytical precision with the ability to predict market trends, enabling him to effectively support clients in business transformation processes and adaptation to a dynamically changing economic and legal environment.

Michał has received numerous prestigious awards, ranging from the Honorary Badge of the Polish Bank Association (2012) to the Lendtech Awards 2025, granted for his contribution to the development of the Polish financial industry. He was the Official Representative of the Polish Bank Association in the VAT Group of the European Banking Federation in Brussels.
