Licensed Tax Advisor

Michał Musielak is a lawyer, financier, and licensed tax advisor (license number 10244) with 25 years of experience in tax and legal advisory. He founded Arena Advisory and has been awarded the Honorary Badge of the Polish Bank Association. Michał specializes in tax advisory for commercial banks, including product structuring, tax settlements, due diligence, training, and tax planning.

He gained experience at several international consulting firms and served as Chief Tax Inspector for a bank within an American capital group.

During the Polish EU Presidency, he was the Official Representative of the Polish Bank Association in the European Banking Federation VAT group.

Michał has earned degrees in law from Adam Mickiewicz University and in accounting and corporate finance from WSB University in Poznań.
