Senior Tax Consultant

Michał Jaros has over 5 years of experience in tax advisory, specializing in tax incentives under CIT and zone exemptions, including PSI.

He has extensive experience in helping clients optimize their use of tax incentives, from mapping research and development areas and qualifying intellectual property rights to preparing the necessary documentation, including tax records, and managing tax and administrative court proceedings. Michał also handles various other projects related to ongoing tax advisory services.

Michał began his professional career at the tax advisory firm in Wrocław and later gained experience at international consulting firms.

Michał Jaros holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław.
