Michał Ambroziak
Accounting Director
Michał specializes in corporate finance, particularly accounting and controlling. He brings 20 years of experience from Polish and international auditing and consulting firms, as well as financial management roles in the medical, pharmaceutical, and real estate sectors. He has led numerous financial projects, including those applying Polish accounting standards, IFRS/IAS, and US GAAP; preparing financial statements; developing financial models; conducting business analysis, due diligence, budgeting, business planning; and designing management reporting and cost accounting systems.
From 2006 to 2024, Michał Ambroziak served as an assistant professor at the University of Warsaw’s Department of Finance and Accounting, where he taught accounting, auditing, controlling, and financial analysis, and supervised over 100 master’s and bachelor’s theses. He has also worked as a trainer for professional courses and is the author of several dozen publications, including textbooks and academic articles.
He holds a Ph.D. in economic sciences (management), earned at the University of Warsaw in 2011. He conducted research projects, including one at Université Paris IX Dauphine, supported by a French government scholarship.
