Work experience & education
Marta specializes in ongoing tax consultancy, with particular emphasis on corporate income tax and value added tax. During her professional career, Marta supported clients in restructuring transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divisions, mergers, transformations, contributions in kind, sales of enterprises and shares in capital companies. She has carried out numerous tax reviews (including CIT, VAT, PCC, WHT), participated in due diligence processes of companies operating, among others in the real estate and pharmaceutical industries. Implemented tax reliefs (including IP Box and R&D), as well as representing clients during tax audits and verification activities.
Before joining the Arena Tax team, Marta gained professional experience in leading Polish tax advisory companies.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, majoring in administration and economics.
