Licensed Tax Advisor

Marta Henger is a licensed tax advisor (license number 12348), and has 13 years of experience in tax advisory, with a focus on CIT and VAT. She specializes in providing ongoing advisory services, assisting clients with restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, consolidations, conversions, contributions, and the sale of businesses and equity interests.

Her expertise includes conducting tax reviews (CIT, VAT, PCC, WHT), participating in due diligence for companies in the real estate and pharmaceutical sectors, and implementing tax reliefs such as IP Box and R&D. Marta has represented clients during tax audits and verification procedures.

Before joining Arena Advisory, Marta accumulated experience at Polish tax advisory firms, where she developed a deep understanding of the field.

Marta Henger holds a degree from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław, providing her with a solid foundation in legal and economic principles relevant to tax advisory.
