Mariusz has over 10 years of experience in B2B sales. For over a decade, he has been successfully operating in the business environment, with a particular focus on the HR industry and its key areas, such as temporary work, recruitment and payroll services. He has built his professional career by working with a variety of companies representing many market sectors, from the dynamic manufacturing and logistics industries, through the financial, service and legal sectors, to organisations operating in the humanitarian field. Such extensive experience has allowed him to develop a comprehensive business perspective and the ability to analyse and precisely tailor solutions to the unique needs of each client.

He is distinguished by his high level of professionalism, conscientiousness and partnership-based approach to cooperation. He combines a strong base of expert knowledge with practical sales skills, effectively supporting clients in achieving their strategic goals and developing their organisations. Mariusz is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.
