Małgorzata Żaczek
Accounting Project Manager
Małgorzata Żaczek has 18 years of experience in accounting, including 16 years in outsourcing services. She specializes in accounting and tax functions, tax calculations, and comprehensive financial reporting, including balance sheets, tax, and management reports.
Before joining Arena Advisory, Małgorzata led an accounting team at an international corporation that provided services across Central and Eastern Europe. Her role involved overseeing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with diverse regulations.
She graduated with a degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Warsaw. Additionally, she completed postgraduate studies in Labor Law and Business Development Management at the same institution. Małgorzata Żaczek also holds a certificate from the Ministry of Finance, which authorizes her to maintain accounting records. She has furthered her expertise with courses for chief accountants and payroll specialists.
