Transfer Pricing & Valuations Manager

Magdalena has over 13 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, acquired at a leading international consulting firm. She advises both domestic and international capital groups on complex transfer pricing matters, offering end-to-end support throughout the entire reporting process. Her services include the preparation of local and master files, TPR-C forms, as well as benchmarking and compliance analyses.

Magdalena assists clients in preparing for tax audits by reviewing contracts, transfer pricing documentation, and benchmarking studies, as well as identifying potential risk areas. 

Her experience includes developing and implementing intercompany settlement models – particularly using the Comparable Uncontrolled Price (CUP) and Profit Split methods and analyzing restructuring processes for compliance with transfer pricing regulations. She has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including real estate, FMCG, IT, pharmaceutical, energy, steel, services, and manufacturing.

Magdalena Golemiec holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics.
