Transfer Pricing & Valuations Manager

Hubert Raczyński has 7 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, with extensive expertise in managing both local and international projects. He supports the annual TP reporting cycle by preparing Local File and Master File documentation, conducting benchmarking analyses, and completing TPR-C forms. Additionally, he advises on optimal transfer pricing risk management solutions. Hubert leads ongoing advisory projects in the TP field, determining intra-group pricing parameters for various material, intangible, and financial transactions. He also develops debt structuring models and provides additional support during tax audits and advance pricing agreement (APA) proceedings when necessary.

Hubert has worked at Big Four firms, delivering transfer pricing solutions to multinational corporations across various industries, including real estate, consumer goods, food and beverages, transportation and logistics, shared services centers, IT, automotive, and media.

Hubert Raczyński holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Kozminski University in Warsaw.
