Newsletter Terms and Conditions
§ 1. [General Provisions]
- This Newsletter Terms and Conditions (“Regulations“) outlines the rules for the provision of the service of delivering content via electronic mail by the Service Provider.
- The creation of these Regulations fulfills the obligation specified in Article 8(1)(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws 2020, item 344, as amended).
- The Service Provider delivering the Newsletter service and sending marketing information is provided by the following companies from the Arena Advisory Group:
- Arena Tax sp. z o.o. – a limited liability company based in Warsaw (02-670), at ul. - Arena Accounting sp. z o.o. – a limited liability company based in Warsaw (02-670), at ul. Puławska 180, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000434179, NIP: 5213636865, REGON: 146302920.
- Arena Legal Fintex sp. z o.o. sp.k. – a limited liability company based in Warsaw (02-670), at ul. Puławska 180, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000780453, NIP: 5213862449, REGON: 383016501.
- Arena Digital S.A. – a public limited company based in Warsaw (02-670), at ul. Puławska 180, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000857115, NIP: 5213903295, REGON: 386578903.

§ 2. [Definitions]rator
1. The terms used in these Regulations shall have the following meanings:
a) Arena/Service Provider – Companies from the Arena Advisory group, namely Arena Tax sp. z o.o., Arena Accounting sp. z o.o., Arena Legal Fintex sp. z o.o. sp.k., and Arena Digital S.A., providing the newsletter service.
b) Form – The subscription form for the Newsletter filled out by individuals who wish to subscribe, containing the necessary personal data of the User and required consents.
c) Commercial Information – Commercial information as defined in the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
d) Newsletter – An electronic distribution service provided by the Service Provider via email, which allows users to automatically receive periodic content of subsequent Newsletter editions containing information on industry news, legal regulations, products, new releases, promotions, contests, events organized by Arena Advisory, as well as events related to the products offered by Arena Advisory group companies, provided on the terms described in these Regulations.
e) User – A person who has subscribed to the Newsletter service.
f) Service – The service of delivering the Newsletter.
g) Email Address – The designation of an IT system that allows communication via electronic means of communication.
h) Personal Data – Any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person processed by the Service Provider for the proper provision of Services specified in these Regulations, as well as for statistical purposes related to the operation of the Service, such as first name, last name, email address, postal address, PESEL number, device IP address, location data, internet identifiers, and information collected through cookies or other similar technologies.
i) Service – The Arena Advisory group’s website, through which Arena Advisory provides the Newsletter. The website is available at https://www.arenaadvisory.com/.
j) Telecommunication System – A set of cooperating IT devices and software, ensuring data processing and storage, as well as sending and receiving data via telecommunication networks through appropriate telecommunication end devices, as defined in the Act of 12 July 2024 – the Electronic Communications Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1221).
k) Electronic Communication Means – Technical solutions, including telecommunication devices and the software tools cooperating with them, enabling individual communication at a distance using data transmission between telecommunication systems, particularly email.
§ 3. [Subject of the Service]
- The Service Provider provides the User with a service consisting of the periodic sending of the Newsletter to the User via electronic communication means.
- The Service is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
- The Service is provided free of charge. To subscribe to the Newsletter, the User does not incur any costs for using the means of communication at a distance, other than those typically incurred for using this communication medium.
- The Newsletter is sent at irregular intervals.
§ 4. [Conditions of Use]
- The Service is available exclusively to individuals who provide their email address on the website’s section regarding the Newsletter and then click the “Subscribe” button.
- Clicking the specified button will trigger the sending of a Form to the provided email address. After completing the Form with the required personal data, it will be sent to the Service Provider, and the Service will be activated.
- To subscribe to the Newsletter, the User must provide the following personal data: email address, first and last name, and the name of the company they work for or cooperate with.
- The Form includes the User’s voluntary consent to the processing of the personal data provided in the Form.
- The Service is available only to individuals who have read the Privacy Policy of the Service and the Newsletter Regulations of the Arena Advisory.
- By using the Service, the Client is obligated to refrain from providing unlawful information, particularly regarding submitting third-party data without the consent of the authorized individuals.
- The User, upon starting to use the Service, is obliged to comply with these Regulations.
- Using the Service is possible if the following minimum technical requirements are met:
a) The User has an active email address;
b) The User has the appropriate software to use email;
c) The User has a standard operating system and a standard web browser.
9.The Newsletter is sent to the mail server associated with the User’s email address. The Service Provider reserves the right that some servers may treat the Newsletter as “SPAM,” and as a result, the Newsletter may not reach the User. The Service Provider is not responsible for this.
§ 5. [Copyright]
- The individual messages sent as part of the Service are works within the meaning of the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1062) and are protected by law.
- All rights to graphic signs, copyright, and all other intellectual property rights to the content of the Newsletter (as well as its organization and layout) belong to the Arena Advisory group companies or to the license/content owners who have granted the Service Provider permission to use them.
- It is prohibited to copy, modify, use in any form, or reproduce, in whole or in part, the content of the Newsletter for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Service Provider.
- Any copying, modifying, or use of the content in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or without the Service Provider’s consent may constitute a violation of the law.
§ 6. [Complaints]
- The User is entitled to file a complaint in case of failure by the Service Provider to fulfill its obligations defined in the Regulations or fulfilling them in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of the Regulations.
- A complaint can be submitted electronically to the following email address: marketing@arenaadvisory.com
- The complaint should include a description of the issue being addressed and the email address, first name, and last name of the User submitting the complaint.
- The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. If the complaint cannot be resolved within the above-mentioned period, the Service Provider will notify the User of the reasons for the delay and the expected date for processing the complaint.
- A complaint can be submitted within 30 days from the moment the cause of the issue is revealed.
- The response to the complaint and the information referred to in paragraph 4 above will be sent to the email address provided by the User.
§ 7. [Duration of the Service]
- The subscription to the Service is made for an indefinite period.
- The User can withdraw from the Service at any time in the following ways:
a) by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each sent Newsletter;
b) by submitting a written resignation via email to: marketing@arenaadvisory.com;
c) by submitting a written resignation to the address: Arena Tax sp. z o.o., ul. Puławska 180, 02-670 Warszawa.
3. To unsubscribe from the service, the User may use the Withdrawal Form template, which is an attachment to this Regulation.
4. Termination of the Agreement by either party results in stopping the sending of the Newsletter to the email address provided by the User.
5. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the Newsletter service after notifying the Clients via their provided email addresses.
6. The Service Provider has the right to remove an incorrect or non-existent email address provided by the Client.
§ 8. [Personal Data]
- The Service Provider is the administrator of the personal data provided in the Form and processed for the purpose of providing the Service.
- Personal data is processed by the Service Provider in accordance with the law and solely for purposes related to the execution of the Service.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the execution of the Service.
- The Service Provider ensures that individuals whose personal data is processed can exercise their rights under the law, including the right to access the content of their personal data, correct, modify, delete, or transfer it, as well as the right to request the restriction of processing or object to such processing, according to the applicable legal provisions.
- The personal data of Users are protected by the Service Provider against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as other cases of disclosure, loss, or unauthorized modification of such data and information, by applying appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
- Details regarding the administrator of personal data, including the basis for processing, and information on Users’ rights in relation to the processing of their personal data, are available in the Privacy Policy and Information Clause, which the User is obliged to review.
§ 9. [Final Provisions]
- The Regulations are effective from August 18, 2021.
- The current Regulations are available to the User at the following website address: https://arenaadvisory.com/regulamin-newslettera/
- The Service Provider is obligated to inform the User about changes made to the Regulations by placing the consolidated text of the Regulations on the website of the Service.
- The Service Provider has the right to modify the provisions of the Regulations or introduce a new version. The User will be informed of changes to the Regulations or the introduction of a new version via an email sent to the address provided by the User.
- The new Regulations or changes to the current provisions will come into effect 14 days after the User is informed.
- If the User does not accept the changes made to the Regulations or the new Regulations, they have the right to withdraw from the Newsletter subscription according to the procedure specified in the Regulations.
- The law applicable to all legal relations arising from the Regulations is Polish law.
