MGI Talent Meeting 2025 – Arena Advisory among the participants

On February 20–21, 2025, Arena Advisory, as an active member of MGI Worldwide – a global network of independent accounting, auditing, and tax firms – once again participated in the unique MGI Talent Meeting event. This year, held in the picturesque city of Lisbon, the meeting brought together numerous young professionals from across Europe, providing a platform for sharing experiences, building connections, and fostering professional development.

Development and relationships in the spotlight

This year’s MGI Talent Meeting focused on building international relationships and enhancing skills. The event kicked off with a welcome dinner, which provided an excellent opportunity for networking. The following day was filled with inspiring sessions, such as “Understand Yourself to Understand Others,” highlighting the importance of self-awareness in working with others, and practical workshops like “Easy AI Hacks,” demonstrating how to leverage artificial intelligence in everyday tasks.

Experts and practical knowledge

The program was rich with valuable presentations and discussions led by experts. Participants had the opportunity to meet representatives of the Shadow International Committee, while team discussions facilitated the exchange of experiences and deepened industry knowledge. The sessions concluded with a roundtable summary, gathering key insights and ideas for the future.

International Networking

In this year’s edition, Arena Advisory was represented by Maria Olczyk-Cyranowska, Hubert Raczyński, and Neil Kuczyński. As they unanimously emphasized, the MGI Talent Meeting was not only an opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills but also to forge valuable connections with professionals from various countries.
