Recruitment process
Apply on-line
In the first stage, our HR team will review your CV, focusing on your experience and skills concerning the position requirements.
Introductory meeting
During a brief phone call, we will verify basic information from your CV and discuss the next steps.
In-office or online meeting
We will invite you to our office, where you can meet with the team manager and an HR representative to discuss your professional experience, skills, and expectations. We will also provide more information about our company and the future team. Additionally, we may ask you to complete a test task.
Final alignments
At this stage, we inform all candidates of our decision, regardless of the outcome. If we determine that it’s a good match, you will receive a job offer from us. If you choose to accept it, we will be delighted to welcome you to our team.

2. The Arena Advisory companies have adopted a joint data controller model. According to the agreement between the entities, each company, hereafter referred to as the Joint Controller, has the same obligations and rights regarding the processing of personal data.
3. Your consent to processing personal data is voluntary, but we must conduct the recruitment process involving you.
4. Your data collected during the current recruitment process will be stored until the process is completed. If you consent to the use of your data for future recruitment purposes as well as for promotional or marketing activities, the data will be used until you withdraw your consent.
5. You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected, deleted, or restricted, and to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability.
6. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

9. Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, processing your personal data is necessary for participating in the recruitment process. If you do not provide consent if you later request the correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, we will not be able to consider your application in ongoing recruitments.
